Combined with the security features of the Pyxis ProcedureStation system, the Tissue and Implant module automates continuous temperature monitoring for temperature-sensitive tissues and implants, documents staff and materials used in preparation and helps facilitate 10 year data storage for prompt action in the event of a recall. The system helps your staff increase patient safety, streamline workflow and satisfy standards and recommendations for managing tissue and implants as outlined by The Joint Commission and the Association of Perioperative Registered Nurses (AORN).
