The AirLife nCPAP Generator incorporates patent-pending vortice technology and low-momentum, impinging jets that effectively reduce the imposed work of breathing during both inspiratory and expiratory efforts. Setup is quick and easy with its quick secure tabs and flexible exhalation tube that extends up to 30". The AirLife headgear fixation helps secure the generator quickly and easily while minimizing pressure points. The headgear fixation can be gently wrapped around the infant’s head and secured with adjustable closures. The open design offers access to the scalp for providing IV therapy, photo therapy and head ultrasound without removing the nCPAP interface.
The headgear fixation is available in 6 sizes to fit head circumference from 17 cm to 42 cm.

The nasal prongs were designed to maximize therapeutic effectiveness and patient comfort. The prongs tips are gently flared to help form an effective seal and minimize leaks. The base allows clinicians to quickly inspect the condition of the infant’s skin without having to lift or remove the prongs. The recessed area reduces pressure on the infant’s septum, minimizing skin breakdown.
The nasal prongs are available in three sizes.

The nasal masks are designed for maximum therapeutic effectiveness and patient comfort. The design includes flexible bellows that allow the mask to find a natural position over the infant’s nose, which helps minimize leaks and maintain a consistent nCPAP level. The masks allow ample room for the infant’s nose, minimizing pressure points. An assessment window on the bottom of the mask for viewing the patient’s septum and nares.
The nasal masks are available in 4 sizes.
